Anne was born in Stockholm and has lived in Rome, Abidjan, Ivory Coast and Washington DC. She is a mixed media artist with a studio in Kineton, Warwickshire, where she runs art classes and life drawing groups. Anne works in all media for her paintings and enjoys charcoal drawing, she also experiments in printmaking and collage. She says that "the inspiration for my paintings comes from several sources including the intricacies of the human form, observation of daily life in the different cultures I have experienced, as well as somewhere deep in my sub-conscious that I don't fully understand but that expresses itself in my abstract paintings".
