The Devil's Pipes are in effect two recorders joined at the playing end, though Red Priest actually played two separate recorders at the same time. The idea of this image is Red Priest (referred to as a Rock Baroque band) playing Bach but breaking out, hence the figure, still coloured Bach blue is seen breaking out from the blue.
